Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 cups preferred flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tap salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Bowl 2- mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup olive oil
4 mashed bananas
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Combine bowls!
Optional- add 1 cup pecans or 1/2 cup coconut flakes
Put in muffin tins and bake 20-25 minutes
Makes 24 muffins
